About
Useful AI for the people who run Dynamics GP.
Finance teams on Dynamics GP spend hours turning documents into transactions. AI can now read those documents well. What finance needs on top of that is control, and that is what we build around it.
Why PeakGP.ai exists
Dynamics GP runs the accounts of a great many businesses, and the work around it is full of documents: vendor invoices, customer orders, remittances, statements. A person reads each one and types it into GP. It is accurate when the person is fresh and the volume is calm, and neither is true at month-end.
Language models have made it possible to read those documents reliably enough to be useful. But a model that reads a document is not a tool a finance team can trust. It has to be checked against your vendors, accounts and purchase orders, it has to create transactions the way GP expects, and a person has to stay in charge. PeakGP.ai is a family of tools built around that idea.
How we build
Each tool is built and tested against the real Dynamics GP procedures and tables, with test runs that are rolled back, not against a mock-up. Each ships with an installer that checks access before changing anything, and with the checks, tests and audit trail that finance teams expect.
We start with one process at a time, in the order that saves the most time, and PeakGP Invoice is the first. We would rather build one thing properly than announce ten.
Principles
What every PeakGP product follows.
People decide
AI reads and drafts. A person approves, and nothing is created in GP without that.
GP's rules apply
Transactions are created with GP's own procedures and tested before use, so GP still validates and GP still posts.
Your data stays yours
The tools run on your servers and keep their data in your databases. We are plain about the one thing that leaves: what is sent to the AI service to be read.
Explain, do not mystify
Every item shows why it is ready or not, and exactly what GP would create.
Learn your habits
Tools remember how you code each vendor and match each purchase order, so they get quicker the longer you use them.
Say what we cannot do
Each product lists its limits. We would rather you know them up front.
An independent company
PeakGP.ai is independent of Microsoft. Microsoft Dynamics GP is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation, and we use the name only to say which system our tools work with.
