What this website collects, and how PeakGP products treat your documents.

This website

  • The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
  • It has no forms. Nothing you type on a page is collected.
  • It loads no fonts, scripts or images from other companies. Everything comes from this site.
  • Like any web host, the hosting service (Microsoft Azure) keeps ordinary technical logs of requests, such as the address of your device and the page requested, for security and operation.
  • The business-value calculator works entirely in your browser. The numbers you type are not sent anywhere.

If you email us

We use what you send to reply to you and to prepare a demo or pilot you asked for. We do not sell it or share it for advertising. Please send only what you are allowed to share, and remove confidential details from sample documents.

PeakGP products and your documents

PeakGP Invoice is installed on your servers and keeps its data in your SQL Server. It does not send your invoices, vendors or GP data to PeakGP.ai servers.

To read an invoice it needs an AI service. PeakGP Invoice uses Anthropic's Claude API, with an API key that belongs to you. This is what is sent:

  • Reading invoices: the invoice PDF.
  • The assistant on the review screen: the invoice being reviewed, your question, and the results of any GP look-ups the assistant asks for (for example a vendor's recent invoices). The assistant can only read and cannot change anything.

PeakGP Vendor Onboarding is also installed on your servers, with its data and the documents it collects (tax forms, bank documents, contracts) in your SQL Server and file storage, and none of it sent to PeakGP.ai servers. It uses the same AI service to read what the clerk adds:

  • Reading a vendor's documents: each PDF, photo or piece of pasted text the clerk adds. These can contain tax numbers and bank account details.

Tax IDs and bank account numbers are encrypted in your database. They are, however, part of what is sent to the AI provider when the document that carries them is read, so choose the provider settings that match your policy.

What the AI provider does with that data is governed by your agreement with them. Review their terms and the data-handling options available to you, and choose the settings that match your own policies.
