Products
A family of tools for the work GP teams repeat.
One product is available today, one is in preview, and the rest are on the roadmap. They share the same approach: AI reads, your GP data checks, a person approves.
Vendor invoices to Dynamics GP, ready for your AP team to confirm.
For: accounts payable teams that key vendor invoices into Dynamics GP from PDFs.
It reads each invoice, finds the vendor, matches the purchase order, codes the lines from history, checks everything against GP, and creates the right document: a Non-PO invoice in Payables, a PO invoice in Receivings, or a credit memo.
- Non-PO invoices, PO invoices (including drop-ship and blanket POs billed in phases) and credit memos
- A ready queue: invoices that passed every check and a GP test run, uploaded in one click
- Drop PDFs in a folder, or let a mail rule do it
- The original PDF attached to the GP document
New vendors collected, checked, approved and created in Dynamics GP.
For: AP teams that gather tax forms, bank details and contracts for new vendors and key the vendor into GP by hand.
The clerk drops in documents, bank information and the contract, or pastes an email. It reads them, runs the checks, asks a different person to approve, and creates the vendor through GP's own procedure after a test run that is rolled back.
- W-9, W-8, Canadian registrations, void cheques, insurance and contracts, read and identified
- Tax ID, routing number and IBAN checks, documents compared with each other, duplicates found in GP
- Bank call-back recorded, and reset if the account changes
- Segregation of duties and a full audit trail
On the roadmap
These are the products we intend to build next. Tell us which one would help your team most, and it moves up.
Customer purchase orders to sales orders.
For: order desks that retype customer POs into GP Sales Order Processing.
- Reads emailed or uploaded customer POs
- Matches the customer, ship-to, items and prices to GP
- Creates a draft sales order and flags what does not match
Remittances to cash receipts.
For: AR teams applying customer payments by hand.
- Reads remittance advices and bank lines
- Proposes which open invoices each payment settles
- Leaves short-pays and unknowns for a person
Statements reconciled, differences explained.
For: teams reconciling vendor statements and bank accounts.
- Compares a statement with what GP holds
- Explains each difference in plain language
- Suggests the correcting entry for review
A calmer month-end.
For: controllers and accountants closing the books each month.
- Drafts recurring accruals and journal entries from your own patterns
- Keeps a live checklist of what is still open
- Every draft is yours to approve before it goes near GP
Your GP data, in plain English.
For: anyone who asks accounting "what did we pay this vendor last quarter?"
- Answers questions from GP, read-only
- Shows the records behind every answer
- Never changes anything
The process your team dreads.
If a task in Dynamics GP starts with reading a document and ends with typing, we want to hear about it. The best ideas come from the people doing the work.
A note on the roadmap
The roadmap products are plans, not promises of dates or features, and they are not available to buy yet. PeakGP Invoice is the product available today. PeakGP Vendor Onboarding is built and tested against the Dynamics GP sample company and is looking for its first pilot customers.
Want to see the first one working?
We will run PeakGP Invoice on a sample of your own vendor invoices.
